The 2-year training program

The training takes two years: 10 sessions per year (every month, except August and December). It is online.

To make the most of the online time without adding to internet fatigue, courses are pre-recorded. Online time is only for experiential learning.

Trainees are also required to have regular practice sessions in dyads in-between monthly trainings.

Each training session takes place on a Saturday at a time that makes it possible for people from different time zones to participate, for 7 hours each day including breaks.

Class size is limited to a maximum of 20 trainees to allow for active involvement of all trainees in this highly experiential program.

Core topics:
- The Focusing attitude (philosophy & practice)
- Focusing and neuroscience
- Somatic perspectives on the human mind
- Embodied presence as a therapist
- The dance of co-regulation
- What is the implicit
- Working with trauma
- Working with dreams
- Working with addiction

The next training program will start in the Fall of 2023.
